OracleRole is a freelance lead desk. This page describes what happens to data you paste or configure — nothing more.
Job descriptions
When you click Decide (or Fetch & decide), the job description text is sent to /api/decode for a heuristic Take / Pass / Ask decision in that request. The API does not create an account, CRM record, or long-term JD archive. Fetch-from-URL uses /api/fetch-jd to pull public page text, then the same decode path.
Decision log & desk rules
Recent decisions and your editable desk rules (rate floors, kill-filters) live in your browser only — typically localStorage. They are not synced to OracleRole servers. Clearing site data or using Clear all removes them from that browser.
What we do not do
- No login / no paid-seat auth in this build
- No selling JD content
- No third-party advertising pixels on the desk
